Dear Tony,
Thankyou for the efforts of you and your team. I think you achieved a great deal in a surprisingly short time and it was a pleasure to host such a cheerful crew. All the plant and skips have gone and we now have to decide how to finish off the various bits and pieces – which I know will take longer than the installation.
I hope you continue to find the work. Both Susie and I will be on the lookout for any potential jobs.Thank you again,

That's brilliant, thanks. Cheque for the balance will be in the post tomorrow.
I was really impressed with the efficiency of the works and also the tidy state it's been left in.Just to give you some feedback, yours was not the cheapest of the quotes we got. We chose it because 1) you were much more efficient in getting back to us (which I thought would have some bearing on the efficiency of the works) and also the other 2 were not going to put stone in the soakaway but some plastic crates. Not that I know anything about it, but that didn't sound as good to me!

The chaps have just left and I must say we couldn't be more pleased. They have worked extremely hard and long hours throughout the week, been extremely pleasant to deal with at all times and have done a great job in tidying up afterwards and sorting everything out. Many thanks for everything, can you confirm how we settle final payment? Will you be calling in on your way back from Newcastle for example?

The work has been done just as you explained and your partners on site have done a very tidy job, leaving the site how it was before work started.
I have been impressed with your efficiency throughout and my mother, who liaised with your partners on site, was equally impressed.
I have made the electrical connection and the unit appears to be working properly. I would have no hesitation in recommending MTM should the opportunity arise.

Just to say how incredibly pleased we are with the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy shown by yourself and all the members of your team that we met. We were so impressed with how well everyone worked alongside each other like a well oiled machine. Thank you all so much. We would absolutely recommend you to anyone. Your poor men today worked against the elements with humor and determination and it was incredibly unpleasant. It hardly seems possible that the job is finished so quickly with no disruption to ourselves whatsoever.

As you know, I chose MTM for our installation after considering a number of alternative suppliers. The reason I chose you was purely because of the confidence you displayed when you visited the site and quoted. Although you were not the most expensive nor were you the cheapest.
I would also appreciate your passing on our formal thanks to your contractor who not only completed the work to our complete satisfaction but conducted themselves professionally throughout. Indeed the local building inspector commented on their excellent attitude and approach. They were most co-operative throughout and treated us and our properties with consideration and courtesy.
