DOES IT SMELL?
A
treatment plant operating correctly and being maintained as detailed by
the manufacturer should produce an odour free aerobic bacteria. However
there could be times when some odour may be detected but when compared
to a septic tank system these odours are likely to be weak.
The
majority of systems that we are called to investigate have smell
problems due to lack of correct maintenance and de-sludging. The
majority of treatment plants require some form of de-sludging.
